Kindly find the corresponding well media volume and find nanomoles of AUMsilence ASO required for recommended final working concentrations.
In most cases, working concentrations range from 1 uM - 20 uM, depending on cell type and gene. In some cases, titrating up to 25 uM may yield favorable results.
